Acceptance of the order is subject to prior sales, nursery production, and crop conditions. We shall not be liable for non-performance due to weather conditions affecting stock, losses in storage, delays in transportation, or other acts over which we have no control. Seedlings are to be used for resource conservation, wildlife, or windbreak purposes. They are not to be used for ornamental and/or landscape plantings.  Contact a commercial nurseryman for trees needed for this purpose.

All seedlings are sold in multiples of 25 per species.
 
Orders must be accompanied by full payment to reserve the seedlings in the order. Orders not accompanied with full payment will result in the order being put on “Hold”. If an order is put on “Hold” then the seedlings are not going to be reserved until full payment is received. Full payment means that all fees pertaining to the order are included, that is all shipping, tax and seedling amounts. Request for cancellation of order and refund of payment cannot be honored unless seedlings can be resold.  Payment can be made by credit card, check, or money order. Make checks and money orders payable to:  Texas A&M Forest Service.
